What this program is

Zerorez Nashville Referral Rewards sends text messages to customers who have asked for them, about their own referral activity: points earned when someone they referred has their first clean completed and paid, a discount code when they reach the reward threshold, a reminder before that code expires, confirmation when it is used, and notice when a friend they referred books an appointment.

How to join

Enter your mobile number on our sign-up page and tick the consent box. We do not add anyone to this program without that tick, and signing up is never required to book, buy, or receive service from us.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, and is typically no more than 4 messages per month.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us to cancel. We will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further. You can rejoin at any time by signing up again.
