Privacy notice

This covers the Zerorez Nashville Referral Rewards program: what we hold about you, why, and how to make us stop.

What we hold

Your name, your mobile number, your email address, and the record of cleans you have had — all of which come from our own job records, because you are a Zerorez Nashville customer. If you join the referral program we also hold the referral link issued to you, the points you have earned, and any discount code reserved for you.

How we hold it

Your mobile number and email address are stored twice over: once as a keyed one-way hash, which is the only form used to look you up, and once encrypted, which is only decrypted to actually send you a message or to show a member of our team your record. Neither form ever appears in a web address, an analytics tool, or an application log.

What we use it for

Sending you the messages described in the SMS program terms, crediting referrals to the right person, and answering you when you call us about your points. Nothing else.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We use Amazon Web Services to store data and to deliver email, and a messaging provider to deliver text messages; they process it on our behalf and may not use it for anything else.

How to stop it

Reply STOP to any text message, or use the unsubscribe link at the foot of any email. Both take effect immediately and permanently, on that channel, without you having to ask anyone. You can also call us and ask to be removed entirely.

How long we keep it

For as long as you are a customer, and afterwards for as long as our business records require. If you unsubscribe we keep a record of that fact, because that is what stops us contacting you again.
